When can I expect to receive my item?
Barring emergencies, please expect to receive your item within 10 days of purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a delay in shipping your item, you will be notified to this effect.
Depending on the item purchased, your package will be sent by either USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.
International buyers may have to wait longer for the arrival of their package. This is due to different Customs procedures from country to country. All international packages are sent by Air Mail, unless otherwise specified.
Do you have a Returns Policy?
Yes, it is as follows:
Item must be returned within 7 Days.
Refund will be given as Money Back.
Return Policy Details: A refund will be given ONLY if the item or items have been misrepresented. NO RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON. The refund will consist of the cost of the item plus the cost for return shipping in this case.
Return items must be mailed in the same condition as received within 7 days.
Insurance is available to cover any item for damage or loss (every care is taken in ensuring your item arrives safely).
Can I insure my package or parcel?
Certainly. Your package can be covered by insurance. The price is $1.35 for the first $50 value of the item or items purchased. Please contact me before completing the checkout feature to let me know you require this option. Insurance will cover your package against damage OR loss.
